Routine evaluation of the health of the eyes in a healthy patient who has no particular problems or symptoms. Includes glasses prescription, ocular health, and dilation if necessary. Dilation can last up to 6 hours, please make driving arrangements.
Diagnosis and treatment of non-routine complaints, such as red-eye, itchiness, dryness, floaters, visual disturbances, eye infection, etc. Includes dilation as needed. Does not include refraction (glasses prescription), and is not covered by the routine exam benefit of vision plans.
